Welcome to the Global Second Opinions by MDVISIT CLINIC program. This service gives patients outside the United States direct access to expert physicians ranked in the top 5% in the United States-without travel. Your MDVISIT Clinic surgeon or treatment provider will thoroughly review your diagnosis and treatment plan and provide a comprehensive, objective, educational second opinion resulting in increased confidence and peace of mind. The fee of $2,500 USD includes 1) a detailed written report you can share with your care providers, and 2) a telemedicine examination with the surgeon or treatment physician. Thereafter, you will receive a proposal that would allow you to travel to the United States for the surgery or treatment by the same physician that you met during your telemedicine examination.

Diagnosis may differ when the physician has had the opportunity to provide an in-person examination. The absence of the in-person examinations can affect the accuracy of the diagnosis and resulting opinion. Please also be aware that a virtual 2nd opinion will not establish a provider-patient relationship. The provide patient relationship can only be established when the patient signs a consent to treatment form in the physician’s physical clinic location in the United States.
