It includes fractures in your zirconia prosthesis, such as breaks or defects in the zirconia material itself, due to manufacturing issues.

• Chips, fractures, or breaks caused by misuse or trauma
• Chips, fractures, or breaks resulting from treatment by a non-MDVISIT CLINIC dental professional
• Prosthesis problems stemming from damaged or failed implants

• If you experience a covered fracture, we’ll provide a new full-arch zirconia prosthesis, identical to your original, at no cost. Cosmetic changes you request may incur extra charges. If a replacement zirconia arch isn’t feasible, an alternative treatment may be offered.

Certain actions or oversights on your part may void the warranty, including but not limited to:​

• Not attending regular routine cleanings for your implants and prosthesis as advised by the Practice​
• Not using a night guard if recommended by the Practice, where applicable​
• Not following any other post-treatment care instructions provided by the Practice​
• Having the prosthesis or implants treated or repaired by a provider outside the MDVISIT CLINIC network​
• Being dismissed as a patient by your MDVISIT CLINIC provider ​

If the doctor determines that the breakage resulted from patient behaviors or the zirconia arch may not be an option, an alternative treatment might be offered instead.​
Your rights under this warranty may also be influenced by state laws.​

• If the failure occurs within the MDVISIT CLINIC 5-Year Pledge period, the surgical implant and
  prosthesis will be covered under the terms of that Pledge.​
• If the implant fails after the 5-Year Pledge period, this warranty does not cover the surgery, the
  creation of a new prosthesis, or any new implants that may be needed.
