Arkansas Surgical Hospital (ASH) today announced that it has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner for the fifth year in a row by Press Ganey. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.
Press Ganey collects real patient feedback surveys from ASH patients—which is directly reported to CMS—and compares results throughout the nation. As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, ASH ranked in the top 5% of healthcare providers for “patient experience” over the last year.
